A pair of Freemasons have raised more than £1,500 for charity by cycling around Lymington – on a door.
Joe Traykov and Andy Wort spent three months combining and an old tandem and an internal door to create the unique machine.
The plucky pedallers, who belong to the New Forest Lodge that meets in the town, have been raising money for NHS charities while dressed in scrubs and masks.
Andy said: “We tried to think of a unique way of doing our fundraising and the idea for the door was from a dream one of the members had.
“We call it the ‘door to recovery’ and people have been extremely generous.
“Every year we do something to raise money and we are still collecting through our Just Giving page.”
