Old Portmuthian Lodge No 8285 - "Grace and Flavour"
To raise funds for the Provincial 2005 Festival Old Portmuthian Lodge have published a book entitled "Grace and Flavour". The topics relate to the proceedings after Lodge meetings.
There are 34 Graces.
However the bulk of the book contains items such as explanation of the terms
- "Toast" and "Masonic Fire"
- "How do you report your respective columns?"
- Russian Tyler's Toast
- Poems
- Songs
- The words to the Masonic version of the National Anthem
- And a joke or two.
In his foreward the PGM said "This booklet provides food for thought and thought for food"
The book costs £5, but please add 50p for postage and packing.
