Would your Lodge like to have its own Website?
Many Lodges, both in this country and around the world, have their own web sites. Two examples in the Province of Hampshire and Isle of Wight are St. Christopher's Lodge No. 7919 which can be found at http://mysite.freeserve.com/stchristopherlodge and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Provincial Grand Stewards Lodge No, 9263 which can be found at http://www.hampshire-stewards.org.uk/.

If your Lodge would be interested in having a presence on the Internet, our Provincial WebMaster, W.Bro. Rod Armitage ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) can advise you on how to get started. There are three options for getting started with a Lodge web site:

1.  An Independent Web Site
Lodges may make their own arrangements using an Independent Service Provider (like Demon or BTOpenWorld). You can create and upload your own pages. You also have the option of purchasing your own domain name, for example www.mylodgename.org.uk

2. Up to Three Pages on the Provincial Web Site
The Provincial Web site will be happy to host a maximum of three pages on this Provincial Web site. You would have your own separate area called www.hants-iow-mason.org/lodgexxxx where "xxxx" is your Lodge number. All you need to do is send your proposed text and images or photos to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  for uploading.  In return we would like your Lodge to make a one-time £40 charitable donation to the current Provincial charity for this service.

3. An Extended Lodge Entry On the Provincial Web Site
Lodges which are not yet ready to have a website of their own are invited, if they wish, to submit a few paragraphs about the Lodge to the Provincial WebMaster who will then add them to the existing entry for that Lodge on the Provincial web site. Your material does not need to include meeting place and time since these are already on the web site. You might wish to say a bit about the history and ethos of the Lodge. You should send  your material via your Lodge Secretary to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. All Lodge websites need to be approved by both Provincial Grand Lodge and Grand Lodge.  The Provincial Webmaster can help you to obtain this approval. Please also note that no living person may be mentioned on a Lodge website without their written permission and most important:
