The Meeting of The Provincial Grand Charity – “The Tom Langton Fund” held on the 19th November 2009 considered Applications from 19 Lodges and approved Grants totalling £16,500 to Charities and deserving causes in Hampshire & Isle of Wight.  The grants will help numerous Charities supporting vulnerable people, including those with disabilities, disadvantaged children, youth organisations, local churches and associations.

Since its formation in 1985 the Tom Langton Fund has made Grants totalling £470,000.  Lodges are encouraged to make an Application to the Fund for a grant to support their chosen Charities.  The Fund Committee meets in May and November each year and contact should be made with the Area Representatives listed on Page A5 in the Provincial Year Book or download an Application Form from the Provincial Website (Charities Section).
